We had 22 students (coming into their freshman year of high school) and 5 high school aged counselors from the Dedham Youth Commission’s College Bound program working with film in two ways: each had some film to work with for a direct animation extravaganza, and they teamed up into trios to shoot a roll of Super8 Film. We hope to process the film soon, and we have the direct animation roll at the AGX space for showing.
AGX members David Reeder, Susan Deleo, Peaches Goodrich and Rob Todd were running this show, which the program leaders were thrilled about, and hope to invite us back next summer.
